5. Removal will happen the following three days after the auction closes from 9:00am to 5:00pm unless special arrangement have been made in advance.

6. The buyer is responsible for their own removal including any loading and transporting of their items.Bring plenty of help and the necessary tools to aid in removal.

7. All items must be removed in a professional workmanship like manner.If you don’t have the expertise to remove your items, then contract professionals.Any items not picked up or special arrangements made in advance, then those items will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the auction company or the owner of the property at your expense.Remember wire nuts, electrical tape, and any other item required to properly disconnect equipment is your responsibility to provide.

8. Failing to remove items professionally will result in you being escorted off the property until such time that you demonstrate you are able to comply with the removal terms.Being escorted off the premises will not extend the time you have to remove your items.Be professional.

9. For those larger items we may require proof of at least 1,000,000 worth of General Liability Insurance.We will request that you have your agent include us on the policy for this removal.If there is a question, please contact the auctioneer.
