Once we determine the reason or situation requiring the appraisal we will use one of the three standard approaches: Cost Approach, Income Approach or Market/Sales Comparison Approach. We offer our clients the opportunity to have their assets reach more potential buyers with simultaneous Live & Online bidding. The ability to offer online bidding is crucial to most sales because of its extended reach. What surprises most of our clients is the significant amount of local buyers that will use the online bidding option as opposed to being at the live event. As we have discovered, many buyers are just too busy to spend time at the live event. With our online bidding, preapproved buyers can simply bid at home from their computers or almost anywhere from their cell phones.

The National Auctioneers Association has awarded two of our auctioneers with the prestigious Auctioneer Technology Specialist designation or ATS. Less than twenty auctioneers nationwide have earned this certification and we have two of them.
